Your personal data is processed by VİLYONİX YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Vilyonix", "the Company") as data controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Personal Data We Process
- Contact form: full name, email address, phone number, company name, the subject and content of your message.
- Usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and timestamps — technical data collected via cookies, only with your explicit consent.

- Responding to your enquiries and providing quotes or information,
- Communicating with you about our products and services,
- Operating the website and maintaining its security and performance,
- Analysing site usage to improve our services — only where you have given consent,
- Meeting our legal obligations.

5. Data Transfers
Limited to the purposes above and subject to appropriate safeguards, your data may be shared with our hosting and email infrastructure providers, with our analytics provider (Google Analytics) where you have consented, and with legally authorised public authorities. Any international transfer is carried out in line with KVKK Art. 9 and applicable data-transfer rules.
6. Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described and for the statutory periods required by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 (and, where applicable, the GDPR), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information and access, learn the purpose of processing and the third parties to whom data is transferred, request rectification, erasure or destruction, request restriction of processing, and seek compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
