Modules

Everything a modern warehouse should have.

From goods-in to returns, 12 modules in one system; start with the one you need and add as you grow.

1

Goods-In & Quality Control

Receiving matched to dispatch note/order, shortage-surplus reporting, quality decision (accept/reject/conditional) and a photo report.

2

Smart Put-away

Put-away that auto-suggests the best bin via ABC analysis, product size/weight matching and a fill algorithm.

3

Multi-Mode Picking

Order, batch or wave picking; a shortest-route algorithm and on-floor guidance via handheld terminals.

4

Packing & Labeling

Order-based packing, box/pallet labels, dispatch notes and a custom label designer (Zebra, TSC, Argox).

5

Dispatch & Vehicle Loading

Loading plan, dispatch confirmation, shipping integration (Aras, MNG, Yurtiçi, Sürat, UPS) and automatic tracking codes.

6

Counting — Cycle & RFID

Real-time stock, cycle and full counts, RFID-assisted bulk counting and a variance report; automatic posting to the ERP.

7

Serial / Lot / Batch Tracking

Serial number, lot, batch, expiry date and origin traceability — critical for returns and warranty.

8

Rack & Location Management

Warehouse/aisle/rack/bin hierarchy; hot-normal-cold zones; multi-warehouse and transit location management.

9

Warehouse Transfer & Multi-Warehouse

Inter-warehouse transfer, main-branch-store flow, transit tracking and automatic trigger rules.

10

Returns Management

Accept customer returns, sort by quality (restock / scrap / return) and report return reasons per part.

11

Live KPI Dashboard

Operator throughput, picks/hr, order time, accuracy, OTIF, fill rate and cost metrics on one panel.

12

ERP, Shipping & B4B Integration

Two-way live sync with Logo, Netsis, Mikro, SAP B1 and custom ERPs; zero-delay order flow with the B4B portal.

Workflow

A traceable process from goods-in to dispatch.

1

Goods-In

Dispatch-note/order matching, quality control, batch/lot recording and a photo report.

2

Smart Put-away

The best bin is auto-suggested by ABC analysis and product size.

3

Picking & Packing

Wave/batch/order picking, shortest route, packing and labeling.

4

Dispatch & Tracking

Loading plan, shipping integration, tracking code and customer notification.

Automotive-Specific

It steps in where a generic WMS can’t cope.

Capabilities designed for the unique challenges of spare-parts operations.

OEM / Alternative Matching

OEM, manufacturer and alternative references are kept on the product; an “use the equivalent part” suggestion appears automatically during picking.

Stock by Make / Model / Engine

Each product has make, model, year and engine coverage defined; reports break down by vehicle.

Warranty & Return Flow

On returns, warranty period, invoice reference and serial number are auto-checked; the decision is rule-based.

Obsolete / Superseded Parts

An automatic succession chain for discontinued/superseded parts; if there’s no new code, picking is routed from the old one.

Set / Kit Picking

For multi-part products (e.g. a brake-pad set), separate picking, labeling and shipping as a set.

Multi-Barcode & Brand Labels

Manufacturer barcode, OEM barcode, your own label code — whichever you scan, it finds the product.

Integrated Suite

WMS isn’t alone; it’s the same ecosystem as B4B and Reporting.

A customer orders on B4B → WMS opens picking automatically → once dispatch completes, Reporting updates instantly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions on your mind.

Does it integrate with my existing Logo / Netsis ERP?
Yes. There are ready connectors for Logo Tiger 3, Netsis Wings/Open/Enterprise and Mikro Fly/Jump; custom fields are usually mapped within 1–2 weeks.
Which handheld terminals does it run on?
All Android 9+ Zebra, Datalogic, Honeywell, CipherLab and Newland models. For older Windows CE devices we offer a migration plan.
How long does setup and go-live take?
For a standard automotive spare-parts warehouse, 6–10 weeks: discovery (1 week), setup & integration (3–5 weeks), training & parallel run (2–4 weeks).
Can it work offline?
Yes. The handheld app works offline during Wi-Fi/4G outages and syncs automatically once the connection returns.
Does it run in the cloud or on our own server?
Both. We can deploy on managed cloud or as a Docker-based on-premise installation on your own server.
Is RFID supported?
Yes. With UHF Class-1 Gen-2 readers you can do bulk counting, hands-free goods-in at the gate and dispatch verification.
