The ERP is the heart of a spare-parts business; stock, accounts and invoices live there. But if that data stays trapped inside the ERP, it loses most of its value — dealers can't see it, sales lags, and double data entry breeds errors. Why ERP integration?
Without integration, the same data is maintained by hand in several places: one stock in the ERP, another in B4B, a third list in Excel. The result is familiar:

- Stale information: Dealers see a price/stock that was valid yesterday; overselling or lost sales follow.

What gets integrated?
A solid integration keeps all the business's critical data in sync between the two systems:

- Stock: Warehouse-level and total stock; reserved, orderable and in-transit quantities.
- Price: Multiple price lists, discount and VAT rules — customer-specific.
- Account & balance: Current account, balance, terms and statement.
- Order & invoice: B4B orders drop into the ERP; invoices/dispatch notes are issued in the ERP and reflected to the dealer.
The two-way sync logic
A good integration isn't one-directional. A movement in B4B/WMS should reflect to the ERP, and a change in the ERP to B4B/WMS — and that without conflicts. For example, if a part is sold simultaneously from B4B and from a manual order in the ERP, the system must manage this consistently.
Real-time or scheduled?
Both approaches are valid and are often used together:
- Real-time (webhook/instant): Critical data like stock and orders sync immediately.
- Scheduled (5 min / hourly / daily): Less volatile data like the catalog updates periodically.
What to watch for in integration
- Conflict handling: Rule-based resolution + a manual approval queue when needed.
- Audit log: Every movement should be recorded as who, when, which system and outcome — traceability is essential when something goes wrong.
- e-Invoice / e-Archive compliance: Invoices issued automatically and compliantly through the ERP.
- Working without changing the ERP: The integration should sit on top of your existing Logo/Netsis setup and require no fundamental change on the ERP side.
